Beef
All of our beef is reared and carefully sourced from the UK and Europe. It is all UTM (under 30 months) and over 28 days matured. You’ll find here at Barbican, we sell some of the highest quality beef it is possible to buy.
Lamb
All of our lamb is reared and carefully sourced from the UK. We work together with some of the best farms in the UK, to make sure the lamb we serve to our customers, is of the best pedigree. We also stock New Zealand and Australian lamb.
Veal
All of our veal is reared and carefully sourced mainly from the UK and the Netherlands.
Turkey
Here at Barbican Supplies, we carefully source the majority of our turkey from the UK - usually English Rose, and some from Europe. At Christmas, we stock some high class, free range bronze birds.
Pork
All of our pork is carefully sourced from the best farms in the UK, so that all the pork we serve is of the best quality the UK has to offer.
Game
We supply a wide range of game, carefully sourced from the UK and France, with items such as pheasant, partridge, pigeon, rabbit, duck and much more
Bacon and Gammon
We supply prime bacon and gammon predominantly from the UK, with some Danish produce too. We supply items like back and smoked bacon, triple smoked gammons, smoked or green bacon steaks, smoked or green gammon knuckles and much more.
Sausages
Here at Barbican Supplies, we have worked with a few of the best sausage makers in the UK. Our range of over 300 varieties of quality sausages, are freshly made every day. These include:
